Ingredients


  • 1 lb. Ground pork1 lb.
  • 1 whole Medium onion, chopped1 whole
  • 8 oz. Tomatoes (pasta ready)8 oz.
  • 8 oz. Tomato sauce8 oz.
  • 1 whole Small yellow squash OR zucchini sliced into half moons1 whole
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Penne pasta OR other small pasta shape, not cooked1 1/2 cup(s)

Instructions


  1. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and onion; cook and stir until evenly browned. Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in squash and pasta. Cook for 2-5 minutes or until heated through.
