Ingredients


  • 1 whole Cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes1 whole
  • 2 Tsp. Vegetable oil2 Tsp.
  • 2 pt. Coleslaw mix2 pt.
  • 1/2 whole Onion, thinly sliced1/2 whole
  • 1/4 cup(s) Hoisin sauce or plum sauce to taste1/4 cup(s)
  • 2 pt. Cooked white rice2 pt.

Instructions


  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat; stir-fry cabbage, carrot and onion about 4 minutes. Stir in tenderloin pieces and hoisin or plum sauce, stir to heat through. Serve with hot rice.
