  • 4 cup(s) Romaine lettuce, chopped4 cup(s)
  • 1 cup(s) Green peppers, seeded, cored, sliced1 cup(s)
  • 2 cup(s) Red onions, peeled, thinly sliced2 cup(s)
  • 1 cup(s) Pitted kalamata olives, cut in half1 cup(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Red wine vinegar1/4 cup(s)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried thyme1/2 Tsp.
  • 1 Tsp. Salt1 Tsp.
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper1 Tsp.
  • 1/4 cup(s) Olive oil1/4 cup(s)
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled4 oz.

Instructions


  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, green peppers, red onions, olives, and ham.

  2. In another bowl, combine red wine vinegar, dried thyme, salt, pepper; slowly whisk in oil.

  3. Drizzle dressing on salad; toss to coat.

  4. Serve 1 cup salad garnished with 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese.
