Ingredients


  • Chipotle ranch dressing (any brand)
  • 6 slice(s) Cooked Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon, crumbled6 slice(s)
  • 2 Flour tortillas2
  • 4 Eggs4
  • 1 whole Avocado, sliced1 whole
  • 1 cup(s) Baby spinach1 cup(s)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions


  1. Heat large skillet and cook eggs over medium-low heat until cooked through; season with salt and pepper.

  2. In another skillet, heat flour tortillas (in dry pan 1 –2 minutes per side) Remove from heat.

  3. Divide spinach on top of each tortilla. Layer with scrambled egg and avocado slices. Add crumbled bacon and top with chipotle ranch dressing.
