- 2 Flour tortillas2
- 4 Eggs4
- 1 whole Avocado, sliced1 whole
- 1 cup(s) Baby spinach1 cup(s)
Heat large skillet and cook eggs over medium-low heat until cooked through; season with salt and pepper.
In another skillet, heat flour tortillas (in dry pan 1 –2 minutes per side) Remove from heat.
Divide spinach on top of each tortilla. Layer with scrambled egg and avocado slices. Add crumbled bacon and top with chipotle ranch dressing.
